MyLifeSaver™ is an emergency medical alert service provided by DGL.

In an emergency, the healthcare provider treating you can have instant access to vital medical information about you. You decide what information about yourself you would like displayed in your MyLifeSaver™ record. You can choose to include sections from your MyLife™ Health Record including:

• Medication and Medication Allergies
• Allergies (not medicinal)
• Medical (personal and family)
• Surgical
• Smoking (personal, passive childhood and antenatal)
• Alcohol Usage (adult and antenatal)
• Vaccinations
• Exercise and Activity
• Physical Tests

This information is accessed from our website using a unique Client ID. Your unique login is printed on a personalized MyLifeSaver™ card that you can print yourself and keep in your wallet or purse. Or, for a modest one-off fee, we can print you a permanent plastic MyLifeSaver™ PhotoCard.
